What are your terms and conditions?

• A minimum of 50% non-refundable deposit is required for the Body Kit order to be confirmed.

• Payment via Credit Card, ShopBack, GrabPay or Atome must be made in FULL. 

• This product does NOT include installation of Body Kit.

• A recommended installer would be advised upon request, Buyer can choose to use their own installer and have the products shipped directly to their installer’s workshop, any changes in address after deposit is paid may be subjected to additional shipping charges.

• This is an aftermarket Body Kit, it is not an original manufacturer model.

• Seller will check to ensure Body Kit is of no manufacturer defects before installation or handover.

• Seller is ONLY RESPONSIBLE for damages caused to the car parts removed and installed back during Body Kit installation that were bought from our store.

• Buyer will assume FULL responsibility upon receiving the Body Kit. 

•  Any manufacturer defect should be informed within 3 days of receiving the product or 7 days from the date of handover upon installation done by our in-house team. 

•  Seller is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any damages or defects found after 3 days of receiving the product or 7 days from the date of handover upon installation done by our in-house team.

No exchange or refund unless the Body Kit received is not described in the images.

• The seller is not responsible for manufacturer defects or body kit fitment issues that may arise during the installation process.

Are your products original manufacturer models?

Unfortunately no, our products are all aftermarket Body Kits.

How long is the shipment?

Our products will arrive in Singapore within 3 weeks.

Do you have in-stock?

Unfortunately no. We do not have in-stock. All products are preordered.

Do I need to put a deposit?

How do you ensure that the product is of good quality?

We will thoroughly check the Body Kit upon its arrival before handover. We will not be responsible for manufacturer defects or fitment issues that may arise during the installation process.

Customer would assume FULL RESPONSIBILITY upon receiving the Body Kit.

There are damages to my car after installation by your in-house team, will I be compensated?

We are not responsible for any damages or defects found after 3 days of receiving the product or 7 days from the date of handover upon installation done by our in-house team.

We are only responsible for damages caused to the car parts removed and installed back during Body Kit installation that were bought from our store.

Can we exchange or ask for refund?

There will be no exchange or refund unless the Body Kit received is not described in the image.

Does the price of the Body Kit include installation?

The price of the Body Kit DO NOT include the cost of installation.

Whose address do I put under delivery?

All products would be shipped directly to our default installer. However, if you have your own installer, please provide their address.

We would not bear the cost of additional shipping from our default installer to your destination.

Upon full payment or deposit, the buyer is agreeing to all terms and conditions of BGL Body Kits & Accessories.
